SMIP Orchard Management System is a modern orchard management platform designed to improve the monitoring, recording, and daily management of fruit trees, plant health, and field activities. It helps the Agri team organize tree profiles, GPS locations, QR inspections, monitoring history, task assignments, weather checking, and AI-assisted plant identification and plant health support in one centralized web application.

Upload a photo of damaged leaves, fruits, stems, or the whole tree. The AI can help detect possible pest damage, disease symptoms, nutrient deficiency, water stress, heat stress, or fruit damage, then suggest monitoring or corrective action.

Backup / Restore Plan
Admin/Manager page for system backup, scheduled backup planning, restore process, and data recovery reference.
Scheduled Backup Plan
- Weekly manual backup by Admin/Manager every Friday or end of work week.
- Monthly master backup before monthly report closing.
- Store backup JSON in approved company drive/folder with date and generated by.
- Keep latest 3 monthly backups and latest 4 weekly backups.
Restore Process
- Confirm which backup file/date will be restored.
- Notify Admin/Manager and stop encoding during restore.
- Restore through Firebase Console or controlled admin import tool.
- Validate records, users, tasks, monitoring logs, and reports after restore.
- Record the restore action in Audit Trail.
Data Recovery Process
- Identify affected module: Records, Users, Tasks, Monitoring, Reports, or Activity Logs.
- Check Audit Trail for old value and new value.
- Use backup JSON as reference for recovery.
- Restore only approved data after validation by Admin/Manager.
